To ensure a smooth registration process, please review the steps below carefully before enrolling.

📝 STEP 1: Register by Age Group

Please be sure to register your child in the correct age group:

The $175 registration fee is required before you can select or pay for individual camp weeks.

The registration fee includes:

A secured spot for the entire summer
Summer Camp t-shirt
All onsite activities
Most field trips
(Please note: a few select field trips may require an additional fee.)

📅 STEP 3: Choose How You Pay for Weekly Camp Fees

Once the registration fee is paid, families may choose one of two payment options:

Option A: Pay in Advance (Recommended)

Select your desired camp weeks in the ACTIVE portal
Pay for multiple weeks at checkout
SAVE with multi-session discounts
Ideal for families who want to plan ahead

Option B: Pay As You Go

Weekly camp fee: $175 per week
Weekly payments are due the Monday prior to your child’s camp week by 6:00 p.m.

📌 Example:
If your child will attend camp June 15–June 19, payment must be completed by Monday, June 8th.

⏰ IMPORTANT PAYMENT POLICY

Weekly camp fees must be paid on time
Payments not received by Monday at 6:00 p.m. will incur a $25 late fee per child
Sibling discounts do NOT apply to late weekly registrations

Timely payments are essential for:

Proper staffing
Camp planning
Providing accurate headcounts to field trip partners

About iLead Kids Camp

iLead Kids Camp is an innovative youth enrichment program based in the Triangle area of North Carolina, serving youth ages 5–12 through year-round Track Out Camps, Summer Camps, Holiday Camps, and community-based initiatives. Our program is grounded in the belief that every youth deserves access to high-quality, hands-on learning that builds leadership, confidence, creativity, and a sense of community.
