The visionary leader behind iLead Kids Camp, responsible for overseeing all operations, programming, and partnerships. The Director ensures our mission of leadership, creativity, and community is felt in every corner of our camp.

Our culture champion and human resources lead. This strategist recruits, trains, and supports our team, fostering a positive work environment that elevates staff performance and promotes a strong sense of community and purpose.

The heart of our wellness efforts. The iCare Coordinator supports the emotional well-being of our scholars and staff through mindfulness programs, wellness initiatives, and social-emotional learning experiences. They also ensure that all child and staff medical records and forms are current, and that iLead is following best practices for health, safety, and emergency preparedness.

These hands-on heroes lead and support daily camp activities, guiding scholars through their day with care, creativity, and enthusiasm. They ensure each child feels seen, safe, and celebrated.

Subject-matter experts who lead S.T.E.A.M. Labs, workshops, and enrichment sessions. Our facilitators bring specialized knowledge, from science and technology to art and entrepreneurship, sparking curiosity and hands-on learning.

Focused on enrichment during Power Hour, our Academic Specialist provides structured, engaging learning support that keeps scholars sharp and confident while school is out.

The iLead Kids Camp PTCA Board is a hub for collaboration between parents, staff, and community partners. Together, we work to enhance the camp experience through fundraising, family engagement, community connections, and special events.

Returning campers who embody leadership, kindness, and camp spirit. Camp Ambassadors assist with welcoming new campers, helping staff, and modeling our iLead values.
